AI Strategy & Operational Excellence for Business Owners
I help operations leaders recognize the discipline their teams already have — give them the language to own it, scale it with AI, and turn it into results that survive audits, rate cases, and leadership transitions.
For over two decades I've worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, and organizational transformation — mostly inside regulated, compliance-driven environments where broken governance shows up in regulatory filings, not just dashboards.
From 2021 to 2024, I worked embedded inside PG&E's enterprise Lean program, coaching leaders and building operating systems across electric, gas, and power generation operations. My teams contributed to approximately $480M in verified operational savings — outcomes documented in CPUC regulatory filings.
I didn't do it by installing a foreign methodology. I did it by helping teams see what they were already doing right, giving them the structure to own it, and building the operating discipline that held after I left the room.
That's still exactly what I do. Now I also bring AI — not as a replacement for your people, but as a way to scale the coaching and institutional knowledge that used to require an expert in the building every day.
If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.
